1. Description of Service

OmniTrack is a personal media tracking application that allows you to organize movies, TV shows, video games, and books into lists, log your progress, and write reviews and ratings. The service is provided by OmniTrack, based in Spain.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use OmniTrack. You can sign up using your email address or through a social login provider (Google or Apple).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. See our Account Deletion page for details.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in OmniTrack, including your lists, reviews, ratings, and comments.

By using the service, you grant OmniTrack a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

When using OmniTrack, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The OmniTrack application, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by OmniTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. Media metadata (covers, synopses, ratings) is sourced from third-party APIs (TMDB, IGDB, Google Books) and belongs to their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Services

OmniTrack relies on third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Convex (data storage), Google AdMob (advertising), and external media APIs. Your use of OmniTrack is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

7. Advertisements

OmniTrack displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not represent the views or endorsements of OmniTrack. For details on how advertising data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

OmniTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Media information displayed in the app is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be accurate or up to date. OmniTrack is not responsible for the accuracy of this external content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OmniTrack if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms within the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
